Read the essentials, create your account and go directly to your affiliate portal. There is no application or approval wait.
Use your portal to share live property listings, the general buyer link and new guides or marketing resources as they become available. You can share through personal conversations, email, WhatsApp, social media, a website or your own community, provided the sharing is welcome and honest.
When someone follows your link and submits a buyer inquiry within the 90-day attribution period, the referral is connected to your account. If more than one affiliate refers the same person, the first qualifying referral recorded by timestamp receives credit.
You are making the introduction, not acting as the real estate professional. Selling Freedom handles questions, property guidance, showings, negotiation and the transaction. Your portal shows the appropriate progress without exposing private client information.
The program starts at 10% of the servicing agent’s final net commission actually received. The amount can vary by transaction structure and becomes calculable only after the deal is complete and that net commission is confirmed. Tiers and additional incentives are in development.
